How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All order deliveries are handled by a third-party logistics services provider. Orders generally take up to 5-7 days to be delivered.

Deliveries are conducted during business hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All delivery times are estimated and subjected to change due to factors out of our control.

i do not like my product, can i exchange/return it?

We are sorry to hear that our product is not to your liking. You may exchange/return the product provided that the exchange/return request is made within 7 days from the date you received the product.

All products to be returned must be shipped and returned to us in its original packaging, without any damages or tears. You will be fully responsible for the shipping costs arise from the return of the product to us.

You may email us at contact@picknread.com to file a return request. As we are a small team, it may take 2-5 business days for us to process your return request.

I have returned the product, how long does it take for me to get back my money?

Once the return request has been accepted and processed, we authorise the refund to you immediately after we received the returned product from you.

When you pay with your bank account, we’ll automatically transfer the refund to your bank account. Once issued, refunds usually take up to 5 business days to complete.

Some refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on the status of the payment at the time the refund was issued.

For example, if a payment was still 'Pending' at the time of refund, the longer timeframe is most likely, depending on the bank involved.

I changed my mind, can i cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We strive to process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we regret to inform you that cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
